Sock Foxtail Ball

Uses

• Use this piece of equipment as a fun alternative to a regular ball.
• A foxtail ball also has a slower travel time (from the tail) which allows it to be tracked and caught more easily.
• The extra tail hanging off the ball serves as an extra thing to grab.

Construction Materials

• Long Sock
• Tennis Ball

Instructions for Construction

1. Shove the tennis ball to the end of the sock at the toe.
2. Tie off a knot right above the ball, ensuring that it is unable to move around in the sock (see pictures).

Modifications of Equipment

• Use a different ball if you don't have a tennis ball.

• Tie two socks together to create a longer tail.
• Use fun socks or draw designs to make the ball more unique to the leaner. More motivating!
