Fitness Dice

Uses

• Use these fun dice to spice up exercise at home or school!
• Kids enjoy exercising with dice becuase they enjoy the rush of not knowing what and how many reps they'll have to do.
• Use these for a fun "Family Exercise" during TV commercials or down time!

Construction Materials

• Cardboard
• Tape
• Marker
• Scissors
• Ruler or Measuring Tape

Instructions for Construction

1. Use any cardboard you can find and cut 12 even squares (size is completely up to you).
2. Tape the edges together to make the cube shape.
3. Draw numbers 1-6 on one dice.
4. Draw 6 different (appropriate for your learner) exercices on the other dice.

Modifications of Equipment

• Create more of the "Exericse Dice" for more exerices options (incase it starts to get boring).
• Create more of the "Numbered Dice" for advanced learners to perform more repetitions.
  • Practice addition skills by adding the dice and then performing the exercise.
