Use this cheap and easy tool when practicing the skill of golf putting.
You don't have to leave the house or pay to go mini-golfing!
Construction Materials
1/2-inch PVC (3-5 feet)
90 degree PVC elbow
Electric Tape
Instructions for Construction
Cut a 6-inch piece of PVC.
Insert that piece into the 90 degree elbow (glue with PVC cement if you wish).
Cut and insert handle into other end of elbow with remaining piece of PVC. Cut to the length that's most appropriate for the user.
Tape around the ends of each piece of PVC for safety.
Tape around the head of the putter to create better friction and surface for when the ball is struck.
Tape a handle from the top of the handle to midway down the handle to create a grip for the putter.
Modifications of Equipment
Add sand or another filler into the head of the putter to weigh it down. This replicates the weight and use of a real putter and "allows the putter to do the work".
