• Use this piece of equipment as an alternative to a traditional frisbee when practicing frisbee tossing and catching skills.

Construction Materials

• 1 Pool Noodle for every frisbee you wish to create
• Tape

Instructions for Construction

1. Bend the pool noodle into a circle and tape the ends together.

Modifications of Equipment

• The longer the pool noodle, the larger the frisbee.
  • Use different sizes according to the needs of your learner.
• Draw designs on the frisbee for more fun!
• Stick velcro dots to the frisbee and wear a velcro glove on your non-dominant hand to assist with catching.
• Use thinner pool noodles for younger learners and those with smaller hands.
