- Use this as a fun alternative to a normal ball when practicing throwing and rolling skills.
- Throwing and Rolling Cues
- "Tick, Tock, Step, Rock"
- "Step Opposite" (Step with opposite foot of throwing arm)

- Balloon
- Filler (Sand)
- Funnel

Instructions for Construction
- Blow balloon up with air and release air to stretch out the balloon before filling with sand.
- Wrap opening of balloon around the funnel.
- Fill with sand to appropriate level (see pictures).
- Tie off and design as desired.

- Draw faces and/or designs on each ball to make it more fun!
- Differentiate amount of filler depending on the skill of your child.
- more sand = faster travel = harder to track
- less sand = slower travel = easier to track
- Find alternatives fillers if you don't have sand.
- flour, cat litter, sugar, rice, etc.
- Find alternatives if you don't have a funnel.
- plastic bottle (cut off bottom or fill bottle with sand before wrapping balloon around the lid opening)
