Resumes lie; medical records lie; but bank records can be trusted. Even the devil needs somewhere to put their money that isn't a sock drawer.
ABILITY:
You start knowing three characters: one is in play, one is out-of-play, and one is a Demon bluff.
STORYTELLER NOTES:
STs can give any three roles that are valid. You can provide three good roles, up to two evil roles, Outsiders, etc: all are suitable depending on the game state.
The Banker learns roles in play, but only one of them is real.
Playing as the Banker
As a first day info role, you are spent immediately, but unlike a lot of first day roles, you may want to hold on to your information until later in the game. As roles are slowly outed, you'll be able to parse out which role is out-of-play, and with some confirmation, perhaps you can figure out which role was seen as a bluff! Inversely, holding on to your information may frame you unnecessarily, so giving your information to a trusted player early might help ensure your account can be relied upon.
Additionally, if you receive evil roles as part of your info, you can potentially deduce what role may be in, or out of play.
Example
Penny is the sober healthy Banker. She sees the Steward, the Empath, and the Fortune Teller. All three roles are claimed by other players, suggesting that one of the three is the role they claim, another is bluffing an out-of-play role, and one is evil.
Bluffing as the Banker
If you're bluffing as the Banker, you already know a Demon bluff - yours. Providing any three roles can frame certain worlds, but if you have a Minion such as a Scarlet Woman, you could even frame your own Demon to gain credibility. Your information is powerful, and obviously, subject to change depending on the world you want to build.
If you want to put an evil character in the three that you learn, you can frame certain Minions or Demons as being either in-play or not-in-play: this might lead town to build worlds around your information, and lead them to incorrect conclusions!
Example
Mitch is the Baron bluffing as the Banker. He says he sees the Poppy Grower, the Pixie, and the No Dashii. A No Dashii is in play, and knows that a Poppy Grower is not. The Pixie may, as a result, be lead to believe that the demon is not a No Dashii.
