No. Weather is same up here. Yes. Doorway is hard.
ABILITY:
You might not die if executed. Your neighbours might register as a Colossus of your alignment.
STORYTELLER NOTES:
Be judicious with misregistration when it comes to the Colossus. Its ability can be extremely detrimental to town, so turning it off when necessary, or simply allowing the Colossus to die if executed, can ensure games remain in balance. Remember that while neighbours of the Colossus may register as the Colossus, they don't have its ability: so if they are executed, unless otherwise stated, they die as normal.
Characters that rely on Outsiders as part of their ability, such as the No Dashii or Godfather, should interact with the Colossus, but again, use discretion so as not to tip the game too far in evil's favour.
The Colossus is so large they cover their neighbours, making them look like the Colossus too - for better or worse.
Playing as the Colossus
The hulking Colossus is so large it can cause its neighbours to register as the Colossus as well. If you think it's safe, let them know. But understand that trust in your neighbours can only go so far. Given that you are an Outsider, and your neighbours may register as the same, they are prime targets for a Fang Gu, Godfather, or any other evil that interacts with Outsiders. Are you covering for evil by having them register as a good Colossus? Are you causing No Dashii poisoning to spread farther than it reasonably could? Or are you doing nothing at all? It's hard to say, but information around town should feel a little "off" with you around. Try to pinpoint how, and why, to help solve the game. If you're convinced it's safe to do so, consider requesting execution to lift the veil from your neighbours.
Example
Jack is the Colossus. His neighbours are the Baron and the Empath. The Baron registers as a good Colossus until Jack's death, causing the Tea Lady next to the Baron to believe that they are confirmed as good.
Bluffing as the Colossus
While this may be tricky without characters like the Devil's Advocate or Lleech in play, you can certainly bluff as the Colossus by playing around its strengths, in terms of how it can aid the evil team. Convincing town that you are the Colossus may mean that your neighbours draw undue suspicion, as your "ability" may be covering them. Poisoning confirmation roles like the Undertaker upon the execution of your neighbours can help to give you the social credit that you need to operate, so evaluate the tools at your disposal, and make them work if you can.
Example
Emily is the Lleech claiming to be the Colossus. She is executed on Day 2 and does not die. She has Lleech hosted the Dreamer, who sees Emily's neighbour as the Colossus or the Wraith, and Emily's other neighbour as the Colossus or the Harpy.
