Sustained investigation inquiry question:

How can I use photographic principles to show the adventurous elements of the outdoors in Maine with friends?

Reflection:

This sustained investigation required me to keep a specific theme and message in mind while I was taking photos throughout the semester. I had to capture moments with my friends in the outdoors. This required me to keep this assignment in the back of my mind at all times and when a good moment would come, I had to remember to photograph it. This assignment really made me appreciate the experiences I have had being outside and making memories with friends. I'm glad I could use this project to capture moments of friends and put them together collectively to see all of the different adventures I have been on throughout the past couple of months. When taking these pictures, I tried to make the background/setting all about nature and the subject be my friends. I am very happy with the outcome of this project. If I were to do it again, I would have taken more pictures in the wintertime during ski season so I could have more of a variety of seasons. However, I really like the summer vibe the newer photos from spring give off.
