Yes, it is that time of year where classes begin for students all across the country. This can be a stressful time of year for families. Your child may be feeling anxious about starting school again. As a parent, you might be having mixed emotions ranging from excitement (Awesome, kids are out of the house!) to worry (My babies are growing up). With all that emotion in the air along with the stress of back to school things can get a little tense but they don’t have to stay that way.
