Centers

Walk into many elementary school classroom and you will find centers. At any given time you find students in those centers completing an assignment or having a few moments of creative time. The types of centers and time for them vary by classroom or school. Within many of the centers, students often collaborate.

Centers can be a fun part of the day when used to make things exciting or engaging. Oftentimes this a time for students to use tech tools or make something that revolves around what they are learning about. When used in this kind of creative way students will get really excited this time of the school day.
