2019 Michigan All State Band
The Michigan Lion's All State Band went to the International Convetion in Milan Italy
The Lion's All State Band was established in 1978. The band is a project of District 11-B2 of the Michigan Lions Clubs. The band is made up of young musicians from all over the State of Michigan. This year the band is traveling to Milan Italy to participate in the Lions International Convention. This could be the trip of a lifetime for some of the youngsters in the band. On their way to fly off to Italy, the band stopped off in Bridgman Michigan at Bethel Park for three days of final rehearsals. The last day was capped off by a picnic supplied by District 11-B2 Lions. After the picnic the band serenaded the large audiance with selections they will perform while in Italy. They will certainly make Michigan proud. Below are some phots of the picnic and concert.
