Vintry Street is no more - it seems to have been incorporated into Vauxhall Street .
Vintry Street refers to ‘a meeting place of wine merchants’ when the importing of wine was a major part of the town’s business affairs. Vauxhall St and the lower part Looe St are modern, obliterated by a bomb in the Blitz, as was great swathes of the Naval port and the town of Plymouth -

Prysten House in Finewoll or Finewall Street Plymouth
Prysten House is a Grade I listed 15th century merchant's house built c. 1498 built for Thomas Yogge who died in 1509 (Pevsner),extended 1635, the rear truncated when Abbey Hall was built
As a wealthy merchant & mayor it's just possible he lived here but more likely he lived in a similar merchant house just down the street...which is no more.
