Grant to Richard Penkevell to discover the passage to China, Cathay, the Moluccas, and other regions of the East Indies [by the north, north–east, or north–west], for seven years.

Penkevell and his associates were incorporated by the name ' The Colleagues of the Fellowship for the discovery of the North Passagean alliance with at least a 30 year history.     "fellowship" was Not the name of the ship.

The group  included the Gilberts and  John Davis form Dartmouth.  It appears that in this instance Richard Penkevell was the "front man" with the Council ;  the 1606 voyage was captained by John Knight. East India Company was involved sadly Knight and most of his crew were killed by Native American Indians.

Jane Pomeroy co heir & daughter of Hugh Pomeroy of Tregony  married to Richard Penkerville of Roscarrow  

 Richard Penkeville. Born B 1543:  M.P. for Tregony. eldest son of Francis Penkevell (d.1622),
by his wife Katherine Roscarrock  of Roscarrock in St. Endellion.  
Married  before 1596, to Jane co-heir of Hugh Pomeroy of Tregony.   
When he died Admon. was  granted to Jane his widow 24 Feb 1616, Archd. Ct. Cornwall
