Spiced Almonds
1 large egg white
3 c whole raw almonds
1/3 c sugar
2 t cinnamon
1/2 t allspice
1/2 t seasoned salt
1/4 t nutmeg
Beat egg white until foamy; add almonds. In a small bowl combine other ingredients. Toss spices with almonds to coat. Spread almonds on greased cookie sheet in single layer. Bake for 1 hour at 250ºF. Cool slightly and break apart. Cool completely and store in an airtight container
