Pie Crust - Katrina
4 c flour
1 t salt
1 t baking powder
1 T sugar
2 c shortening
1 egg
3/4 c cold water (approx)
1 T vinegar
sift dry ingredients together
Cut shortening in with pastry blender or fork.
In measuring cup, beat egg. When done, fill cup to 3/4 c with cold water.
To the egg & water mixture add 1 T vinegar. Mix well
Add to other ingredients and blend well.
Dough will be soft
