Pecan Tea Cups
From the kitchen of Lydia Nottage
Pre-heat oven to 350 F
Two parts: crust/shell and filling
Crust
1 1/2 package (3 oz) cream cheese
1 1/2 cups flour
3/4 cup butter
Mix ingredients well with pastry blender
divide into 36 small balls
shape balls into bottoms and sides of miniature muffin tin ... making little pastry shells / cups
Filling
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs slightly beaten
2/3 cups broken bits of pecan
Mix ingredients. Fill pastry shells about 3/4 full. Bake 25 minutes at 350 F
