Frozen frango Mints

3 sq melted chocolate
1 c butter
2 c sifted powdered sugar
5 egg yolks
2 t vanilla
1/2 t peppermint extract
1 c vanilla wafer crumbs
With electric mixer beat butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in melted chocolate. Add egg yolks one at a time beating til fluffy.
Add vanilla and peppermint extract. Put half of the wafer crumbs into 18 cupcake liners. Put in chocolate mixture. Put rest of crumbs on top. Freeze.
