Ingredients
1 can cream of mushroom soup
¾ c milk
⅛ tsp black pepper
1 ⅓ c fried onions
2 (9 oz) frozen cut green beans (thawed)
Instructions
Mix soup and milk then add pepper, beans, and ⅔ c onions into 1 ½ qt casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 mins or until hot. Stir and top with remaining onions. Return to oven and bake for 5 minutes or until topping is crisp.
Cynthia's adaptations:
Add chopped water chestnuts
Add tsp of worcestershire sauce
Add tsp dry mustard if desired
Substitute 3 cans of green beans for the frozen.
