Berry Pie
4 to 4 1/2 c berries
1 1/4 c sugar
4 T tapioca
Mix together berries, sugar, and tapioca. Let mixture stand for 1 hour to set. Pour into 9" pie crust. Cover with top crust. Bake at 375º for about 45 mins or until golden brown.
*If using domesticated blackberries add 2 T lemon juice.
