Lemon Cake Pie
4 T flour
1 c sugar
2 egg yolks
2 T melted butter
2 t grated rind of lemon
juice of 1 lemon (3 T)
1 c milk
2 egg whites
Beat all ingredients except milk and egg whites together thoroughly. Add milk. Beak egg whites until stiff. Fold egg white into other ingredients.
Bake in raw crust for 40 minutes at 350 degrees F.
