Ingredients
8 slices bread minus crust then cubed.
1 ½ lb link sausage, cooked and drained and cut into bite size pieces
1 sm can drained mushrooms
¾ c sharp cheddar cheese
4 eggs
2 ½ c milk
3 T dry mustard
Pinch salt and pepper
Pinch paprika
Can of mushroom soup
Instructions
Layer in buttered 9 x 13 in pan; bread then meat then mushrooms.
Mix in bowl eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper. Pour mixture over layered casserole. Top with can of mushroom soup. Top with cheddar cheese. Sprinkle with paprika.
Refrigerate overnight. Take out half an hour before cooking.
Cook 1 hour at 325 degrees F.
