Fantasy Fudge
3 c sugar
3/4 c butter
2/3 c evaporated milk (5 1/3 oz can)
12 oz pkg of semi-sweet chocolate chips
7 oz jar marshmallow cream
1 c chopped nuts
1 t vanilla
Combine sugar, butter, and evaporated milk in a 2 1/2 qt heavy saucepan. Bring to full rolling boil; stirring constantly. Use medium heat and stir constantly. Continue boiling until 234ºF, about 5 minutes. When 234ºF is reached, remove from heat. Add chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Add marshmallow cream, vanilla and nuts. Mix until well blended. Pour into greased 9x13 pan. Cool at room temperature; cut into squares. Eat.
