Little Red Riding Hood

THE LITTLE RED RIDING HOOD

(NEVER TALK TO STRANGERS)

Music by Jose Luis GAYOSSO

Lyrics by Alexandre MARROT

Once upon a time

in a lonely wood

There was no more food

for a starving wolf

When suddenly one day...

He saw a little girl in red

just passing by

with a basket full of cakes,

and bread and jam

She said: “I’ll give you nothing

‘cause it’s all for my grandmother

that lives just down the hill

so take care. Bye!.”.... uoh, oh, oh, oh

Oooooh, you little red riding hood

be aware of the wolf IN the wood

he can smell in you an exquisite meal

so give him just a cake (don’t be so proud)

that’s A better deal (than shout aloud)

give him just a cake (his hunger’s real)

that’s a better deal (than just being meal)

Hungry as he was

the wolf ran even faster

Quickly found the house

and couldn’t wait the basket

Laying in the bed he saw...

The thin and old grandmother

deeply sleeping and snoring

He blessed this sacred starter

“sugar free”

And after, being still hungry

He decided to wait the order

of bread with jam

and little red good ham.... uoh, oh, oh, oh

- C H O R U S –

better have a deal (and go to sleep)
