The Executive Committee would like to do a trial meeting at Maumee Bay Brewing Company on June 1, 2026. This will be the senior members day meeting for 2026. It will give us an opportunity to evaluate the Maumee Bay Brewing Company as an alternative to Georgio's for our weekly meetings. There are several reasons we are considering this as outlined in the report of a committee of Brenda Ray, John Landry and Kayleigh Summerville below. Please feel free to send any comments or questions to Brenda in advance of June 1, 2026.

Brenda's report -
Hi John,
As the LCBA lunch committee, we have actively been reviewing lunch location options, and considered Maumee Bay Brewing, Manhattans, and Toledo Club. We believe Maumee Brewing is the best option, and visited there after the meeting yesterday as a committee. We met with Danielle and she showed us the Ottawa room with the photos attached as the one she thinks would work best for our group. The picture shows 40 person capacity, the tables can be arranged so there are less chairs, or less tables. As you walk in the room the buffet is already set up to the left. This room is handicap accessible. The audio and video are already set up in the room, and there is ample free parking.
She also showed us three other rooms, all of which are generally available on Mondays, one is the Rockwell‘s space which would be available if we had more people show up, or had a special situation we needed more space. She provided a proposal which is also attached. They can accommodate our group immediately, but understands that this would take time to transition.
