Hon. Jack Puffenberger Re-Appointed For State Post

As reported by the Toledo Blade, Lucas County Probate Judge Jack Puffenberger -- and LCBA Executive Committee member -- has been re-appointed co-chairman of the Ohio Judicial Conference Probate Law and Procedure Committee. He has been probate judge since 1991 and is a member of the executive committee of the Ohio Probate Judges Association and is on the Ohio Supreme Court Commission on the Rules of Practice and Procedure.
