Amended Local Rules for Lucas County Common Pleas Court, General Division, Effective September 15, 2025

We are sharing with you the announcement by the Lucas County Common Pleas Court, General Division, that effective September 15, 2025, the local rules were amended. The current local rules may be accessed from the court's website.

According to the announcement, "Many rules from the previous version are still in effect with new numbering and formatting. However, there have been important changes to rules regarding eFiling and evidence/exhibits, among others, that are worth reviewing for attorneys practicing in this Court."
