Constitution Amendment Approved January 21, 2016

At the January 21, 2016 Winter Meeting of the LCBA Officers and Executive Council, a unanimous vote confirmed new applications for membership will no longer require the signatures of three other LCBA members recommending the applicant's membership. This vote amended Article IV, Section III of the Constitution.
The goal is to encourage potential members to join who may otherwise hesitate due to the long-standing requirement for three recommendations.
