2021 LCBA Officers and Executive Council

We invite you to join us to witness the 2021 Installation of the Lucas County Bar Association Officers and Executive Council and the Penny Pouch Ceremony on February 1, 2021 at 12:00 pm.  The Hon. Timothy C. Kuhlman will preside.

The highlight is the annual Penny Pouch Ceremony between the retiring and incoming Presidents. The Penny Pouch is the traditional symbol of the the transfer of authority of the Presidency since the LCBA's founding. Contained in the Penny Pouch are pennies, and each penny has been placed by the outgoing President representing the year of his/her service.
