OFFICERS & EXECUTIVE COUNCIL ANNOUNCED - 2011

On January 10, 2011, the following 2011 Officers and Executive Council members of the Lucas County Bar Association were installed by the Hon. Jack Zouhary of the US District Court for Northern Ohio.  In addition, year-end reports were provided by outgoing President, Joanne Rubin, and Steve Lauer, Treasurer.  The traditional Penny Pouch ceremony for the transfer of the authority of the Presidency was also performed, and incoming President, Jean Sieler, made her first address to the Lucas County Bar Association.  Thank you to A.
