Lucas County Common Pleas judges are increasingly use electronic communication for court generated, file stamped pleadings, such as via email as an attachment.
In looking towards the future of using electronic means for filings, pleadings, orders, etc., the Lucs County Common Pleas court invites you to register your email address with the Court. Your email address will populate into the Lucas County Court's database system for future use and for use by participating judge's courtrooms, such as Judge McDonald's courtroom.
