2017 LCBA Officers and Executive Council Installed January 9, 2017

The 2017 LCBA Officers and Executive Council were installed by Hon. Dean Mandros on January 9, 2017. The highlight was the annual Penny Pouch Ceremony between the retiring and incoming Presidents, Tonya Robinson and Matthew Simko, respectively. The Penny Pouch is the traditional symbol of the the transfer of authority of the Presidency since the LCBA's founding. Contained in the Penny Pouch are pennies, and each penny has been placed by the outgoing President representing the year of his/her service. 

Treasurer, Steven Lauer, also provided the 2016 Year-End Treasurer's Report.
