January 10, 2022: 

Topic: Installation of 2022 LCBA Officers and Executive Council by Hon. Connie Zemmelman and Penny Pouch Ceremony between outgoing and incoming Presidents

Join us to witness and congratulate the 2022 LCBA Officers and Executive Council on their installations. The highlight is the annual Penny Pouch Ceremony between the retiring and incoming Presidents. The Penny Pouch is the traditional symbol of the transfer of authority of the Presidency since the LCBA's founding. Contained in the Penny Pouch are pennies, and each penny has been placed by the outgoing President representing the year of his/her service .
