This is the original Municipal Court Practice Seminar that is loaded with Ohio Bureau of Motor Vehicles Information and practice pointers.  This is the seminar to attend to keep your law practice up to date with the latest BMV issues.

COURSE PURPOSE

This course is designed for new attorneys and experienced attorneys who want an update on Ohio BMV suspensions and procedures, and a refresher on municipal court law and procedure.

This course will bring you up to speed on the basics of municipal court practice including:

The types of license suspensions in Ohio, their appealability, and the steps needed to reinstate a license under each type of suspension. BMV representatives will be present for questions.

 Practice Pointers from Municipal Court Service Providers
