Changes to Domestic Relations Rules and Forms

The Ohio Supreme Court announced it has enacted new uniform Domestic Relations and Juvenile forms, effective September 21, 2020. According to the announcement, these forms were developed to help self-represented litigants access the justice system and are widely used by parties, attorneys, and local courts around the state.

In addition, the Ohio Supreme Court announced it will accept public comment through November 5, 2020 on proposed amendments for the annual update to the Rules of Practice and Procedure, including those concerning domestic relations cases.
