January 9, 2023: Installation of 2023 LCBA Officers and Executive Council
Join us to witness and congratulate the 2023 LCBA Officers and Executive Council on their installations and to thank the outgoing members for their service. The highlight is the annual Penny Pouch Ceremony between the retiring and incoming Presidents. The Penny Pouch is the traditional symbol of the transfer of authority of the Presidency since the LCBA's founding. Contained in the Penny Pouch are pennies, and each penny has been placed by the outgoing President representing the year of his/her service.

New members are welcome year-round. If you are voted into membership between January 1 and August 31, your dues of $30 are waived for the current calendar year. If you are voted into membership between September 1 and December 31, your dues of $30 must accompany your application and will cover the remaining calendar year and subsequent calendar year.
