Public Comment Accepted to Proposed Amendments to Rules of Practice and Procedure

We are sharing with you the announcement by the Ohio Supreme Court that it is accepting through Saturday, February 27, 2021, public comment on proposed amendments for the annual update to the Rules of Practice and Procedure, including those concerning domestic relations cases and specialized dockets.  A link to the proposed amendments is available through the announcement page, along with the instructions for providing public comment.
