Ohio Supreme Court Announcement for Public Comment

We are sharing with you the announcement by the Ohio Supreme Court that it is accepting through Thursday, August 26, 2021, public comment on proposed amendments to add “Child Welfare Law” to the fields of law subject to specialization designation in Ohio.   A link to the proposed amendments is available through the announcement page, along with the instructions for providing public comment.
