Congratulations to the 2024 LCBA Officers and Executive Council (see below) on their elections and installations on January 8, 2024 at Georgio's Cafe International presided by Hon. Timothy C. Kuhlman. The highlight was the annual Penny Pouch Ceremony between the outgoing and incoming Presidents. The Penny Pouch is the traditional symbol of the transfer of authority of the Presidency since the LCBA's founding. Contained in the Penny Pouch are pennies, and each penny has been placed by the outgoing President representing the year of his/her service.
