January 2020 Speakers/Programs Announcement

January 6: 

Event: Installation of LCBA Officers and Executive Council.

Topic: Join us to witness and congratulate the the 2020 LCBA Officers and Executive Council on their installations. The highlight is the annual Penny Pouch Ceremony between the retiring and incoming Presidents. The Penny Pouch is the traditional symbol of the the transfer of authority of the Presidency since the LCBA's founding. Contained in the Penny Pouch are pennies, and each penny has been placed by the outgoing President representing the year of his/her service.

January 13:

Topic: “Updates from the Clerk's Office”

January 20: No Meeting, Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday

January 27: 

Speaker: A representative from the City of Toledo (TBA)

Topic: "Navigating Neighborhoods”
