Ingredients
1/2 cup Flour
1/2 cup Cornstarch
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Baking powder
1/4 tsp MSG (accent), optional
1 large Egg
2/3 cup Ice water
Preparation
Mix all ingredients just until combined. Dip chicken, shrimp, vegetables or tofu in tempura and deep fry until golden brown.
