Ingredients
1 750ML Bottle Irish Whiskey
8 3/4 ounces Milk chocolate
2 cans Sweetened condensed milk, (14 ounce)
2 cans Evaporated milk, (12 oz)
2 1/2 cups Heavy cream
1/4 tsp Instant coffee granules
Preparation
Heat cream, sweetened condensed and evaporated milk and coffee granulas just until it starts to boil. Watch carefully not to scorch the milk. Pour over chopped chocolate whisking briskly until melted. Add whiskey stirring to incorporate. Pour mixture into 3 (750 ml) bottles, seal and store in refrigerator. Best if kept at least 1 month before using. To serve: shake bottle well, serve in small glasses over crushed ice.
