Ingredients
3 oz Unsweetened chocolate, 3 - 8 oz packages
6 tbsp Butter
1 1/2 cups Sugar
3 large Eggs, well beaten
3/4 cup Flour
1/8 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups Pecans, Broken - Optional
Preparation
Melt chocolate and butter together over low flame. Remove from heat, add sugar. Mix well. Add eggs, flour, salt mixing lightly. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Spread in greased 9 inch greased pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Cut and leave in pan to cool. Do not overbake!
