Ingredients
2 cups Rice
4 large Eggs
1 1/2 cups Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
3/4 cup Milk
1 tbsp Butter
1 dash Salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Preparation
Cook 2 cups rice in 5 cups water, dash of salt and 1 tablespoon of butter; drain and let cool. Stir in 1/2 cup milk. Beat together 4 eggs and 1 1/2 cups sugar. Add to the rice. Add 1 cup raisins (optional). & 1/4 cup milk. add cinnamon to taste. Mix well. Pour into a buttered dish (13X9) and sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees until brown on top.
