Ingredients
1 oz Roquefort cheese, crumbled
1/3 cup Greek yogurt
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Scallions, chopped
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper, freshly ground
1 tsp White wine vinegar
1 each Juice of 1 lemon, freshly squeezed
1 each Juice of 1 lime, freshly squeezed
Preparation
Cream the Roquefort until smooth in a medium bowl. Mix in the yogurt, mayonnaise, scallions, salt, pepper, vinegar, lemon juice and lime juice until well blended. Chill for 2 hours.
