Ingredients
6 Eggs
1 1/2 cups Millk
1 cup Flour
3 tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Cinnamon
1 stick Butter
3 Apples, peeled and thinly sliced
3 tbsp Brown sugar
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a larage bowl, mix eggs, milk, flour, sugar, vanilla, salt and cinnamon with mixer. Melt 1 stick of butter in a 9 X 13" baking dish in oven. Add the apples. Return to oven until butter sizzles. Do not let it brown. Remove dish from oven and immediately pour batter over apples. Sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake 20 minutes until puffed and brown. Serve immediately.
