Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Vanilla wafer crumbs
1/4 cup Brown sugar
6 tbsp Butter, melted
2 cans Sweetened condensed milk, 14 ounce
2 large Eggs
2 each Egg yolks
3/4 cup Key Lime Juice
1/4 cup Sour cream
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, combine vanilla, wafer crumbs and brown sugar. Add melted butter, stirring to combine. Press mixture into bottom and up sides of a 9-inch pie plate.
In larger bowl, whisk together sweetened condensed milk, eggs and egg yold until smooth. Add key lime jiuce, whisking untile combined. Stire in sour cream. Pour mixture into prepared crust.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until center of pie is set. Cool on a wire rack for 1 hour. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 4 days. Garnish with whipped cream and lime slices, if desired.
