16 oz All-purpose flour, (about 3 cups)
1 envelope Active dry yeast
1 tbsp Kosher salt
10 oz Water, warmed to 105 degrees
2 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Malted barley syrup
Mix all ingredients and kneed (or use dough setting on bread machine). Let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size, about 1 hour. Top and bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes or until cheese is brown.
