Ingredients
24 oz Cream cheese, 3 - 8 oz packages
4 large Eggs, separated
1 cup Sugar
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 crust Graham cracker, as per package directions
SOUR CREAM TOPPING
1 pint Sour cream
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
Preparation
Let cream cheese thaw and cream. Separate 4 egg whites. Beat until stiff. Slowly add 1 cup sugar, and continue to beat egg whitesl Add this mixture to cream cheese and mix till smooth. Add 1 tsp vanilla to mixture. Use crust recipe on graham crakcer box. Pur mixture over graham cracker crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Mix 1 pint sour cream, 2 tbsp sugar, 1/2 tsp vanilla. Blend until smooth and uniform. Poor over cream cheese mixture. Bake at 475 degrees for 5-10 minutes. Refrigerate.
