Ingredients
1 cup Whole milk
4 cups Sugar
1 cup Butter
250 Mini marshmellows, or 25 cut up marshmellows
13 oz Milk Chocolate
12 oz Semisweet chocolate
2 oz Unsweetened chocolate
1 tsp Vanilla extract
Preparation
Mix together whole 1 cup whole milk, 4 cups sugar, 1 cup butter. Boil for 2 minutes. Turn off heat. Add 25 cut up marshmellows or 250 little ones) stir until melted. Add chocolate one kind at a time: 13 oz milk chocolate, 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips, 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate. Stir rapidly until melted. Add 1 tsp. vanilla. If mixture is too thick to work with, add a little more heat. Add nuts if desired. Put in a large buttered pan. Wait until fudge is set before cutting.
