Ingredients:
1 pound Great Northern Beans
1 Ham bone
1/2 cup Onions, chopped
1/2 tsp Seasoning salt
1/2 tsp Celery salt
1 dash Garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
Soak beans in water overnight. Drain, add fresh watr and cook slowly with the ham bone for 2 hours. Add onion, celery salt, seasoning salt, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Remove ham bone, trim off any meat and return to pot. Add ham bits and simmer for 1 hour.
